T 131 (The Hunt For Red October)

Ok. So the tournament is all started and it's double regeneration week. There's some dragons and stuff (betting the sparkle is a popular goal for the week), but with a sparkle, a healer and a lizardy fire dragon as the rewards I just can't think of any plucky title for the tournament this week. Usually something comes but this time I got nothing. So, let's try something different:

The Red Dragon was a tournament reward some while back now, so while they should be appearing in the tournament by now I just haven't seen any. So for this week I'm proposing a contest to hunt the Apparently rare Red Dragon. Proof via screenshot is required to build your points. But I still haven't seen any. So maybe there just aren't any. So let's also hunt dragons named "October". I will, from time to time, randomly insert a dragon named October into my lineup. Sometimes there will be one and sometimes there won't. I invite any other forum members or members of the lurking public to do the same. Just don't overdo it. Put your Octobers in for a little bit at a time here and there.

Rules:

1) a single point is awarded for each posted screenshot of a red dragon or a dragon named "October" in tournament play. (Maybe 2 points for a Red Dragon). The same dragon may earn points for all players, but can only earn a single point for each player....so no points for whaling away on the same poor dragon over and over.

2) arbitrary bonus points may be awarded for creativity or cleverness. This is gaming after all. Anyone can post to award a bonus point to another player.

3) I'm not going to be checking on all this so its the honour system here.

Maybe nobody's really going to be into it but I figured it's a little slow in DW these days, and it's double regen week so why not try something.

The Red October prize package remains undetermined but we'll figure something out. Suggestions are welcome.

Sparkle for me!

I'll change a dragon to be called October, I might even leave it called October all week, but you can only really claim it once! I'll be mostly in the chaos ranks.

I'm also not running any water amulets this week, so there's no risk to your reward!

Dang it, I just fought Sc00by and then came in here and 'red' this. Going to be tough to find you again in the Sparkle range (my goal too). But my Milky Way will be appropriately named for the tourney.

My team fought harder than ever before to bring Red Dragon home, but won't allow it on the team. But you can see it if you visit my islands......

Dang. Don't think I have a sparkle yet but I seem to have inadvertently landed well within the top 100. We shall see what happens.

Have actually seen a red or two in previous tournaments, but nothing recently. And since opal is the birthstone for October and October is my birth month (and opals are awesome), my opal dragon is named October. Untrained and still level 10 though (I think) and I'm probably far too lazy to slot him into my usual empty slot between rounds... >->

I messed up... Was bored and wanted to rank Freyr a little quicker so I pulled a couple of W20's. Now I'm in the top 30 and no low hanging fruit is available. *Face palm*
Maybe I'll just join in the hunt for Red October? There'll be an October on team Ragnarök, come fetch.

P.S I won't be able to refresh my team for about an hour.
